We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return period from the date your order is delivered or collected.

• Shipping & Fees: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns: Items must be returned in their pristine, original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

• Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, earrings must remain unworn and in their original, unopened packaging.

• Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for worn or opened earrings or Gift Cards.

• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or does not match your order or its description, please contact us at jadorebijou2025@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
