1. Processing & Dispatch Times
We take great care in preparing your orders.
- Standard Ready-to-Wear: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-Order & Pre-orders: These special pieces require extra craftsmanship and will be dispatched within 5–10 business days.
- Note: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
We offer flat-rate shipping options to keep things simple for our customers:
- Standard Shipping: $12 (Flat Rate)
- Express Shipping: $15 (Flat Rate)
- Free Shipping: Enjoy Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
3. Authority to Leave (ATL)
To ensure you receive your package conveniently, all our deliveries are sent with "Authority to Leave." This means the courier will leave your package in a safe place at your delivery address if no one is home.
- Please ensure your delivery location is secure, as Jadore Bijou cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
4. Busy Seasons & Potential Delays
While we always aim for a speedy delivery, please understand that during holidays, sales events, or exceptionally busy seasons, dispatch and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and promise that your beautiful jewelry is worth the wait!
