Returns & Exchanges at Jadore Bijou

At Jadore Bijou, your satisfaction is our heart and soul. We want you to feel as beautiful as the jewelry you wear. If your selection doesn't feel quite right or you’ve simply had a change of heart, we are here to ensure a smooth and easy return or exchange process.

Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the moment your order is delivered or picked up.

  • Shipping & Fees: For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
  • Initial Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their pristine, original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.

  • Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, all earrings must remain in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for worn earrings or Gift Cards.

Exchanges

Found something else you love? We offer a 14-day exchange period for all eligible items. The same condition requirements for returns apply to exchanges. Simply have your order number or confirmation email ready to begin.

  • Note: Shipping the original item back for an exchange is handled at the customer's expense.

FAulty or Incorrect Items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or does not match your order or its description, please contact us at jadorebijou2025@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Your Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and display the refund.
