Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the moment your order is delivered or picked up.

  • Shipping & Fees: Please note that while we strive to provide the best service, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies even if your original order qualified for Free Shipping; the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Initial Shipping: Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their pristine, original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.

  • Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, all earrings must remain in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for worn earrings or Gift Cards.

Exchanges

Found something else you love? We offer a 14-day exchange period for all eligible items. The same condition requirements for returns apply to exchanges. Simply have your order number or confirmation email ready to begin.

  • Note: Shipping the original item back for an exchange is handled at the customer's expense.

The Jadore Bijou Guarantee

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Should any defect in material or workmanship arise, we will gladly replace your item.

  • What is excluded: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from everyday wear, accidental damage, improper storage, or any third-party modifications made after purchase.

Your Refund Timeline

Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction in your account.
